Asphalt jointing substances GUMOASFALT SF and GUMOASFALT SH

Asphalt jointing substances GUMOASFALT SF and GUMOASFALT SH are oil-in-water type asphalt suspensions. They contain dispersed oil asphalt, emulsifier, polymeric and thickening additives.

Use: suspensions are used for repairs of asphalt roads as a jointing substance and for vertical edges connecting the old surface before hot application of the new layers.

GUMOASFALT SF is intended namely for side joining of asphalt covers in a greater extent using an application assembly Spáromat. It is packed in 30 l buckets suitable for this machine.

GUMOASFALT SH is designed for joining of asphalt covers to a lesser extent using an application spatula, e.g. for sewer bodies, irregular repairs etc.

Both jointing substances are processed cold, they are applied in a 4 mm layer. They can be applied also on wet surfaces.

Application and storage: asphalt jointing substances GUMOASFALT are stored in a dry place in sealed containers at the temperature between 5 °C and 30 °C. They must not freeze. Stir before use. The products retain their performance properties for at least 2 years (small packages) from the date of manufacture, if storage conditions are met (the shelf life).
