ASPHALT INSULATING PAINT RENOLAK

<p>At normal temperature asphalt insulation paints have the form of brown-black or black viscous liquid substances that are

free of water and mechanical impurities. After the dissolvent evaporates, the asphalt substance has a good adhesive property

to all construction materials (concrete, walls, metal, asphalt bases, etc.) and sufficient cohesion, rigidity and plasticity

even at higher summer temperatures.</p>

  <strong>ALN</strong> – ASPHALT COATING PAINT

<br>

<em><strong>Use: </strong></em>for renovation coating of asphalt and eternit roofing, concrete and cement-asbestos

pipes, wire fences, etc. Also for insulating coating of materials made of grey cast iron,

for basic coating of sewer pipes from concrete, for roofing and insulation works. After

drying the paint is plastic, not sticky.</p>

  <strong>ALT</strong> – HARD ASPHALT PAINT

  <br>

  <strong><em>Use: </em></strong> for insulating protective coating of sewer pipes from concrete, steel barrels,

metal structures and other steel objects. The final appearance is shining black, after drying the coating is hard, nonsticky,

dry to the touch, good adhesion to the base material.</p>

  <strong>ALT-S</strong> – HARD ASPHALT PAINT SILOLAK

  <br>

  <strong><em>Use: </em></strong>the same as ALT; higher content of asphalt and viscosity allows application of a thicker layer, lower content of

dissolvent decreases the ecological burden at the place of application; it is suitable for insulation and surface protection

of steel silos, concrete shafts, sewer pipes, etc.</p>

<p> <strong>MOAL</strong> – MODIFIED ASPHALT PAINT

  <br>

  <em><strong>Use:</strong></em> to create a protective and renovation coating on asphalt roofing to cover micro-cracks. It is used to cold-glue

asphalt strips and mineral fiber thermal insulating materials. It creates a highly elastic coating that absorbs the mechanical

tension created during dilatation of the base layer. It is also suitable for anticorrosion protection of metals.

After drying the fresh coating is sticky. The coating has the highest flexibility, it is resistant to wear. Do not dilute,

everything is ready for use from the producer.</p>

<p><strong>ALIT</strong> – ASPHALT PAINT FOR INSULATION OF PIPES<br>

  <em><strong>Use: </strong></em> дto create a basic layer of external asphalt insulation of pipes or as a temporary protection during their storage. It

is not suitable for modification of internal surfaces of pipes intended for service and drinking water.</p>

<p><strong>KONKOR 500</strong><br>

of metal objects and structures for external use. It is not suitable for coating of materials

made of noble metals (copper, zinc, aluminum, galvanized iron, etc.).<br>

<em><strong>Processing:</strong></em> asphalt paints are processed cold. They are applied by a brush or a roofing

brush. Spraying and dipping application methods are also acceptable. Thoroughly stir the

content before use. The consumption depends on the method of application: 0.3 to 0.5 kg/

m3. Do not dilute, everything is ready for use from the producer.<br>

<em><strong>Packaging and storage:</strong></em>supplied in 3.5 and 9 kg cans, 20 kg buckets, 160 kg (200 l) barrels and in railroad and truck

cisterns of customers. They are stored in sealed packages in sheltered warehouses. Paint containers must not be exposed

to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Acceptable thickening of the paint during storage is up to 50 %. Do not dilute,

everything is ready for use from the producer.</p>
